Anniburger is built on conviction. Top quality Spanish ingredients, a menu short enough to memorise, and execution that leaves nothing to chance. We don't do sides. We don't do sauces in a hundred flavours. We do burgers — and we do them better than anyone.
Every detail, considered
We grind our own Spanish dry aged chuck in house. Deeply flavourful, with the complexity that only proper dry ageing delivers. No shortcuts. No blends. One cut, treated with respect.
Our Mahon cheese is made in house — starting from Mahon curds, transformed into a perfectly melting burger cheese. A slice unlike anything you will find anywhere else.
Baked to Cedric's recipe. Soft, structured, and built to hold everything together without getting in the way. The bun is the frame — it knows its place.
